The Editorial Team and Committees of the WiPiEC consists of experienced researchers and professionals responsible for maintaining the journal's scientific quality, editorial standards, and efficient publication process. The Editorial Team operates according to the principles of editorial independence, fairness, transparency, and research integrity. WiPiEC’s Team

Editor-in-Chief

The Editor-in-Chief provides the scientific leadership of the journal and has overall responsibility for its editorial quality and strategic development. The Editor-in-Chief oversees the editorial process, makes final publication decisions, and represents the journal within the international research community.

Deputy Editors

Deputy Editors assist the Editor-in-Chief in managing editorial activities, supervising manuscript processing, coordinating editorial assignments, and supporting the journal's strategic development.

Associate Editors

Associate Editors manage manuscripts within their areas of expertise by coordinating peer review, evaluating reviewer reports, and recommending editorial decisions.

Technical Editors

Technical Editors support the publication process by preparing accepted manuscripts for publication, verifying metadata, managing production workflows, and maintaining the journal's publishing platform.

Editorial Board

The Editorial Board consists of internationally recognized researchers who advise on the journal's development, promote its visibility, recommend reviewers, and contribute scientific expertise when requested.

Editorial Responsibilities

The Editorial Team is responsible for maintaining scientific quality, supporting an efficient peer-review process, safeguarding research integrity, and ensuring the timely publication of accepted manuscripts. Editorial Independence

Editors make publication decisions independently, based solely on scientific quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal's scope. Neither the Publisher nor external organizations influence editorial decisions. Editors with conflicts of interest do not participate in the evaluation of affected manuscripts.

Appointment Policy

Editors and Editorial Board members are appointed by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Publisher based on their scientific expertise, editorial experience, research achievements, and commitment to ethical scholarly publishing. Appointments are reviewed periodically to ensure the Editorial Team reflects the journal's scope and international character.

Conflict of Interest

Editorial Team members must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from handling manuscripts where impartiality could be compromised. Appropriate editorial safeguards are applied to ensure a fair and unbiased editorial process.
